Comfortable Cosy Apartment

Had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The host was so friendly and welcoming, making our stay even better. Would love to return!

This is the second time that we have used the apartment as it is close to our family in NZ. This time we had to split the stay as we were in NZ for 3 weeks the middle week in Rotorua. The apartment is well maintained clean and was ideal for our use. The apartment is in a very nice area, is close to shops and the Mission Bay Area is close by for restaurants and the beach. We had one issue with wasps but the owner lives next to the property and it was sorted immediately. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. Communication with the Furnished Rentals team was good and they are prompt in responding. We booked through the Furnished Rentals site as we found that on our first visit it was cheaper that way than through Air BnB. This time we simply went directly to Furnished rentals. We will certainly use Thais apartment again.

With a two-month stay in mind and a budget to consider, we were fortunate to find this place, and Amy was incredibly kind and accommodating, providing us with the best deals and options to reduce costs. The check-in instructions and rubbish reminders were helpful. When we encountered an issue with the microwave, Maksim promptly resolved it - a really nice guy! Amy was always easy to reach whenever we had concerns. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and we made sure to leave the apartment tidy. Thank you so much.
