I had a chat with Faith over the phone, and she was super professional. The original place I wanted was booked, but Faith gave me other options, and I'm glad she did!😊 The pictures of this place looked nice, but in person, it was even more beautiful and lovely. The house was just amazing – spacious, clean, and cozy. It exceeded our expectations. Plus, being just a few minutes away from the beach was a fantastic bonus. We enjoyed dining outside, had a barbecue, and it was such a nice and relaxing experience. No issues or concerns at all because everything was just perfect. Overall, a wonderful stay!👍👍

Wake up to the gorgeous sunrise over Rangitoto Island and look out over the marina to the sea. Watch cruise ships and yachts sail the waters and listen to the birds in the surrounding trees. But make sure your knees can handle a few stairs! We stayed here for 8 weeks recently while our home was being renovated and it really was exactly as the pictures show it to be. It's spacious and airy, well-appointed and a lovely place to spend some time near Milford beach and shops. It's a short walk to the beach, park, marina and the restaurants and shops of Milford, so make sure you take advantage of all that there is to offer...It's worth the walk. And visit the French Bakery in Milford's main street - you won't regret it. My only minor gripes would be that I am not getting any younger and there are a LOT of stairs in this large home. It's a multi-storey home and after 8 weeks, my poor knees are shot. But That's more a "me problem". Overall, this property has been really well set up and you can definitely enjoy a morning coffee on the front balcony, then migrate for an evening drink on the rear deck in the sun (or shade). I really didn't want to go home...
