This house is really wonderful, especially if you like old houses. It is lovely and well maintained and very classic for Auckland. It was perfect for my family of two tweens, a twenty something and two parents. We had unusually rainy weather and sadly weren’t able to make use of the pool, and the spa was out of order. I spent a bunch of time cleaning the pool on arrival and should have checked with the host for the maintenance schedule as it was professionally cleaned two days later. There is a well appointed kitchen, shelves of books (for adults), useful washer and dryer, very comfortable living room, charming porches both front (screened) and back. Location very nice for walks since St. John’s bush path is literally next to the driveway and Te Ara Ki Uta Ki Tai biking path is not far away. This location is near many of our favorite haunts in Auckland area and we would love to stay here again if we had the chance.

This home is exactly that, a home. Lovely and clean, great family friendly layout. Everything you need for a longer term stay to be able to cook, do laundry, relax and enjoy the place. Perfect location with St John’s bush walk right next door, great coffee close bye - everything at your fingertips. Loved the multiple dining areas so we could follow the sun. This place has everything - would recommend. Massive thanks to the owners for sharing and also to Amy & furnished rentals, so easy and responsive to deal with.

We had an amazing time! The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to explore. Can’t wait to come back!
